As soon as my property was ready for sale, I rang Craig & from that moment on he made things happen - too easy! I appreciated the manner in which Craig handled the entire process, with integrity, energy & hand work. He didn't leave a stone unturned & nothing I asked was a problem. He informed me of the open house & enquiry progress along the way & within a matter of weeks managed to strike a good deal & secure a great price for my property. I was amazed at how quick & easy it was to sell my property but I owe it all to Craig & his team. Craig Andriessen was professional easy to talk to at any time and kept us up to date on the sale of our home. We had multiple inspections with the sign and the sale on the websites with in a few hours. We had offers with in the week and sold within 9days of it being on the market. There was no pushing or wanting it a certain way it was all left up to us and how we wanted to sell our home I like others who we had felt were rude and pushing for what they wanted out of the sale not us. Thank you Andriessen Property Team and Craig for helping we will be using you again in the future.
